Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how payments for Settle, operated by Bewaji Healthcare Solutions, are handled. By subscribing to or paying for Settle, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Settle, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that charge by contacting us at contact@yoursettleapp.com.
This 14-day refund window applies only to your initial paid subscription after any free trial. It does not apply to renewal charges, additional clinic subscriptions added after your first paid subscription, or any subscription payment made more than 14 days after the charge date.
Plans are billed per clinic on a monthly basis according to your selected tier, as shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
2. Free Trial
New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a free account. If you do not convert to a paid subscription before the trial ends, you will not be charged subscription fees for that trial period.
The free trial is intended to let you evaluate Settle before subscribing. If you convert to a paid plan, the 14-day refund window in Section 1 applies to your first subscription payment.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid for the current or prior billing period, except as described in Section 1. Partial-period refunds are not issued.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access through the end of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your access ends.
4. Setup and Onboarding
Optional assisted setup and onboarding is available as a separate one-time professional service. It is invoiced separately by Bewaji Healthcare Solutions and is not covered by this Refund Policy. Refund terms for onboarding services, if any, are stated on the separate invoice.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect billing amount, contact us promptly at contact@yoursettleapp.com. We will review legitimate billing errors and correct confirmed mistakes.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email contact@yoursettleapp.com with your account email, organization name, and the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
