Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Settle platform (the “Platform”), operated by Bewaji Healthcare Solutions (“BHS”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Settle is a revenue operations platform designed for independent clinics. It provides tools for billing management, insurance claims tracking, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) processing, payment posting, collections workflow, patient follow-up, and AI-assisted document processing. The Platform is a software-as-a-service product accessed via web browser.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for authorized clinic staff, billing professionals, and healthcare administrators. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are authorized by your clinic to use the Platform on its behalf.

4. Clinic Responsibilities

Your clinic is responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the Platform
  • Creating, managing, and revoking user accounts for your staff
  • Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials associated with your account
  • All activities that occur under your clinic's account

5. AI-Assisted Features

Settle uses artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as extracting data from EOB documents, mapping imported billing data, and suggesting payment matches. These AI-generated outputs are provided as decision-support tools only. Your clinic remains solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on all clinical and financial data processed through the Platform. BHS makes no representations as to the accuracy of any AI-generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt or damage the Platform
  • Share login credentials with any person not authorized to access your clinic's account
  • Use the Platform to process data for clinics or entities other than the one registered to your account

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 14-day refund window on your first subscription payment; renewal charges and completed billing periods are non-refundable except as described in that policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and technology comprising the Platform are the property of BHS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your clinic's internal revenue operations purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BHS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities, nor that any AI-assisted outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to errors in billing data, missed claims, or financial losses of any kind, even if BHS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Refunds following cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
